Jacek is the investment casting specialist in Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Aeronautics located in Rzeszow University of Technology (RUT). He started in the industry since 1998 with PZL-WSK Rzeszow Company – aircraft engines and engines components manufacturer.  His career was progressing from casting product engineer to foundry Manager with many implementations of casting components to engines manufactured by General Electric, International Aero Engines and Pratt&Whitney. Last 10 years Jacek works in University takes care of superalloys crystalization phenomenon and investment casting process improvement. Jacek holds Master of Science in Material Engineering from AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow and PhD degree from RUT. He was actively involved in casting process continuous improvement as Six Sigma Black Belt also. He is the author and co-author over 30 scientific publications.
