Statement of Attendance Commitment *

• The undersigned understands the scope and conditions of the EICF Investment Casting Advanced Process Control for Industry 4.0 course planned to be held at Azterlan (Metallurgy Research Centre) from 9  to 14 of June 2024, at the Azterlan premises and workshops. Under these conditions the undersigned expresses the interest of the represented company (EICF member) to send the above student applicants as attendees to the Course and consequently commits to satisfy all the Course attendance requirements including payment, once and should the holding of the Course be confirmed before the 20 of May  2024.
• Following the Course confirmation, the undersigned commits on behalf of his company to proceed with Course applicable fees payment, before 24 of May 2024.
• Should the overall number of applicants exceed the Course maximum of 15, then each company (EICF member) should be allocated a registration maximum number of two, in application order, followed by the rests if any.
